Fees cover return shipping, inspection, and re-listing preparation. They are deducted from your refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, the gown must be:
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Bride-to-Bride

Bride-to-bride transactions are arranged independently between buyer and seller.
RE:GALIA does not process payments, handle shipping, or mediate returns for these listings.
Returns and exchanges for bride-to-bride listings are entirely at the discretion of the buyer and seller.
